Victoria Delali Dogbe Selected for 11th BSIFF Jury Panel

Ghanaian producer, director, and media professional Victoria Delali Dogbe has joined the jury panel for the 11th Black Star International Film Festival (BSIFF), bringing her extensive experience in television, film production, and scripted content development to the celebration of African cinema.

With a career built around authentic storytelling and creative excellence, Victoria has established herself as a respected figure in Ghana’s film and television industry.

Her work reflects a deep understanding of contemporary Ghanaian experiences, combining emotional depth, cultural authenticity, humour, and relatable narratives.

She currently serves as the Head of Production at Channel One TV, where she leads television productions and oversees the development of engaging broadcast content.

Her leadership role continues to demonstrate her ability to manage creative teams while delivering impactful stories for audiences.

Victoria is the producer and director behind The Blanksons, a contemporary Ghanaian family dramedy that explores themes of love, ambition, family relationships, and everyday life through a distinctly Ghanaian perspective.

She also produced and directed The Hairdresser’s, further showcasing her strength in developing compelling episodic storytelling.

Her production expertise extends across television and feature films. She has served as Production and Location Coordinator on Master & 3 Maids, Production Manager on Side Chic Gang and contributed to the production team of the Ghanaian-Nigerian feature film One Night Guests.

These experiences have strengthened her ability to oversee productions from development through execution.

A graduate of the National Film and Television Institute (NAFTI), Victoria combines creative vision with strong production management skills.

Her commitment to authentic storytelling and the growth of Ghana’s creative industry continues to inspire new approaches to filmmaking and content creation.

As a member of the 11th BSIFF Jury, Victoria Delali Dogbe brings valuable insight, industry experience, and a passion for African storytelling to the evaluation of outstanding films from Ghana, Africa, and beyond.
